Friday night, Madi went to Kids' Night Out at church while we went to Outback for dinner and the Panic Room with the Foleys and Wharffs.
We love that there's a new place in town! It was a lot of fun!
Saturday, Madi and I biked to Taco Villa for lunch while Daddy was golfing.
That afternoon Madi walked to a friend's birthday party that lives 5 houses down. Her friend has been in her class all year long and we just found out she lives down the street from us.
Grandpa Mayberry made Aunt Shelle a tombstone for her 40th birthday!
We all met at Teddy Jack's for lunch after church to celebrate Aunt Shelle's 40th and Tripp's 14th birthdays!
Madi used the Wiki sticks they give in the kids' menus to write B-Day on Tripp's hat!
Twins?
Maci, Elora & Kiran outside of the restaurant!
Then we all headed to Madi's piano recital!
She played Raindrops by Schmitt and it was beautiful!
Part of her fan club!
Ms. Amy has been a wonderful piano teacher since Madi was in Kindergarten. So thankful we found her!
After the recital, we ran home, changed clothes and headed to the golf course.
Watch out Madi drives the cart now!
The Heider girls really need to get out on the course more often!
Madi made quite a few good swings. I was just glad when I actually made contact with the ball.
Driving the cart was definitely a favorite part for this girl!
When did she turn 13?????
The weather was gorgeous! We're going to get in many more evenings like this one before it gets too hot!
