Lots of Golf!

Matt and I met Grandpa and Uncle Rod out at the Range for a few hours.
Grandpa's getting ready for golf season!
Love these special memories . . .
Saturday we spent almost the whole day spring cleaning outside in the garage and backyard so we got out of the house to reward ourselves and tried F&B for a quick happy hour before dinner.
The Norrises swung by for a quick visit!
Saturday evening, Madi and a few friends helped Campbell get ready for New Home's prom.  I get the feeling this is what next year will look like for us!

Sunday after NCL and the Art show for our cultural event, we met the Norrises at the Range for some golfing and dinner!
I met Grandpa and Uncle Rod there again on Monday.  We are enjoying this nice weather!
But of course a cold spell is heading our way!

National Honor Society

Madi was inducted into the inaugural chapter of Lubbock-Cooper Liberty's National Honor Society!

The digital program was very nice.

They had the gym decorated very nicely for the ceremony.

 Fun to celebrate our girl!

At Work!

Madi & Elly have two good friends that live in our neighborhood (Kevin & Brandon) that work at Kevin's family's donut shop every weekend.  They've asked the girls to come work with them forever and they finally did last weekend!
They worked both Saturday and Sunday morning and loved it!
Shelle kept Leighton at our house this past week and we laughed that her favorite toy was the door stopper.
She loves to play the piano too though!
And she learned to clap.  It's so sweet!
This memory popped up from many Easters ago.  Love this sweet girl!
Tucker advanced to regionals in pole vault and the 800m.  Way to go!

I went out of town for work this week so these two enjoyed a yummy dinner on the couch watching Tiger play.
Love these 2!

Easter 2024

Easter started out with church with our family and friends.

Madi loves plants/flowers and has been wanting a Stanley cup for her room so she'll drink more water.
Then we came home and cooked a traditional Easter lunch of ham, turkey, potatoes, deviled eggs, rolls, etc.
And of course, we had to have a fun Easter egg hunt for the "kids!"
I wish I would have videoed them racing to find the eggs instead of taking pictures.  They are so competitive and still kids at heart!

We loved that Morgan, Tim, Masen and Leighton stopped by for a few hours too.

Matt heated the pool so the boys plus Maci played volleyball for over 2 hours!
These girls had to get in the hot tub too for a bit!

It was a beautiful day spending time with family!
