We started celebrating Father's Day weekend by making Daddy a golf cake.
Madi is really starting to understand measuring, ingredients and recipes.
She's becoming a big help in the kitchen!
Our finished golf cake!
I saw the idea on Pinterest and thought we had to try it.
Father's Day morning Madi gave Daddy his card . . .
that she signed with her FULL name!
Then the coffee mug . . .
that we make each year with her handprints!
I also found a cute idea of asking Madi questions about her Daddy and recording them for him.
I think it'll be fun to do every year and see how the answers change.
Just so you know, according to Madi her Daddy is "11" feet "2" inches tall and weighs "3" pounds. His favorite tv show is "hockey and golf" and her favorite thing about him is "his ears, I mean his Ipad!"
The gifts were a success!
Madi and Daddy before church . . .
Sunday evening, we had a big dinner at my sister's house for all the "dads" in our lives.
Morgan and Tripp making cards!
My parents came down too!
All the guys golfed Monday morning while the girls relaxed and went to lunch.
Grandpa & all the grandkids!
Grandpa and Grandma with the kiddos!
We had a great Father's day!
