Father's Day Weekend!

Happy Father's Day to this guy!  Our favorite guy. 

After church, Madi presented him with his annual Father's Day gift - a mug painted by Madi!

And it always includes a handprint or two depending on what will fit!

Thankful for memories that remind us time goes fast! 

All Matt wanted to do was relax in the pool Sunday afternoon. Check! 

Then we all showered and ordered in Wing Stop for the perfect ending to his day! 

Thankfully I was able to take another picture with these goofballs!

Madi is one lucky girl to have Matt as her Dad!

Seems like she gets it too!

Tripp's 21st!

We couldn't wait to celebrate Tripp's 21st birthday in Vegas! 

He had a friend (and his family) meet us in Vegas but on the way there it was just us 5. 

We surprised him with a limo ride from the airport . . .

Our plane got in late so it was Victory Burger for dinner then to bed!

Next morning we met up with his friend Mitchell and his family for brunch at Bacon Nation. 

Bottomless Mimosas! 

They hit the pool that afternoon while Matt and I walked around and gambled. 

That night Tripp and Mitchell zoomed downtown! 

Then they went to the speak-easy while we all hung out and gambled. 

Next day was another fun brunch and more gambling! 

Shelle and I went to the outlets for a while then met up with the guys for Pizza Rock. 

There was a cute group of ladies out for a bachelorette party that just loved Tripp!

Had to watch the Mavs game . . . 

Our last morning, Tripp wanted to eat Mon Ami for brunch on the strip before heading to the airport.

It did not disappoint. Then we walked around a little before getting a cab. 

We all had so much fun celebrating Tripp!

TTU Lifeguard!

Madi started as a TTU lifeguard this week on Wednesday, June 5th! 

She worked two shadow shifts on Wednesday and then has been working 8-10 hours a day since. 

She was showing me all the swag they get . . . swimsuit, shirt, bag, whistle, etc. 

Madi (along with Braylee & Coach Anderson) was asked to be interviewed for a podcast for the upcoming volleyball season.

She did an amazing job answering the questions on the spot! 

And if that wasn't enough to make us excited about volleyball season, the tentative schedule came out this week too!

We can't wait to cheer on Madi and the Lady Patriots!

First Scratch

Back in May, Madi got her first big scratch on her car. 

She was so upset. 

This dumpster was the culprit.  It was farther down than this and on the road so the City said we could file a claim with them.  And thankfully, they moved it back the same day.  However, it keeps getting closer and closer to the road. 

Thankfully, we were able to get her car fixed while in Cancun! 

All fixed and back to normal! 

I told Matt it is very dangerous to let me go to the car dealership to pick up her car alone.  

I found another dream car!
