The only problem was Madi didn't really understand. So after she ate all the summer sausage, snow peas and cucumbers she kept asking to see the flower plate.
I think that was the very first time I've ever been on a golf course (if you don't count putt-putt, that is!). 
So, of course Madi had to take her clubs too and hit a few balls. 
It was cold and windy but we made the most of it. 
I think there will be many days this summer when Madi golfs with her Daddy. 
But as for me I think I'm good. Golfing is NOT my thing! 
They play so well together. 
These two are 2 peas in a pod! 
Henry tried out the sandbox too (at my suggestion!). 
Unfortunately, he ate some sand too! Poor guy didn't know what to think about that! 
The weather was beautiful so we were able to play outside and go to the park. 
Come back soon! Madi's already asking when y'all are going to be back.

Wow! 40 years is a LOOOOOOONG time!
So, when playing with play-doh this week she mixed a bunch of colors to make a "birthday cake."
She knows not to mix the colors but since Daddy was the one "watching" her I guess the rules went out the window!
Thank goodness we have TONS of play-doh!
It was quick and easy and the kids can help twist them into shape.
They even posed for pictures with them on!

I'm impressed that they can even hold the camera much less push the button and get eachother in the frame!
