Tripp's Basketball Game!

Lunch after church at Rib Crib was entertaining with these guys!

Maci and Madi spent the afternoon playing tea parties and dress up while the boys went to soccer practice!
Monday
Madi was happy that after piano we skipped swim so we could go watch Tripp's basketball game.
These two did more climbing and playing than actual watching.  But we enjoyed his game then all had dinner at Rosa's.

Three Dog Bakery

When I asked Madi what she wanted to be a while back she said own a bakery and something with dogs.   So I suggested she own a dog bakery (since there's one up the street from us that just opened).  :)
We decided to bake some dog treats this afternoon to see how they turned out.
While our treats were cooling, we went up to Three Dog Bakery to check it out.
We ended up buying cake balls and cookies for our puppies.
I think it's safe to say they liked them!

The owner of Three Dog Bakery said if Madi got some of her friends together that they could come bake with her at the bakery one morning.

Cecil the Cat

Shay and I signed the girls up for a class at Painting with a Twist!
All set and ready to start painting!
My mom and I went shopping for a while and when we came back they had a lot of the picture done!.

 All done!
Now she has another picture to add to her bedroom wall.
I think she'd paint one every weekend if she could!

Winter Writings!

 Monday
Madi practicing her reading for Uncle Jacob's wedding while I fix her hair.
A Lovely Love Story!
 Tuesday
Running off some energy before the Bishops pick her up for school!
Practicing her piece for the Wee Folk Recital in March and her Spring Recital in May.
 If I lived in a Snow Globe . . .
I finally tried Stitch Fix and was skeptical.
I ended up keeping everything and love it!  Can't wait to do i again!
 Wednesday
A lady from the SPCA where we adopted GV contacted me asking how she was doing since we've had her almost a year.  She asked for pictures too.  So I snapped a quick picture and sent it.
My Snow Day . . . Madi sure is lucky to have such a great Daddy!
 Thursday
After tumbling we met the Daniels at Blue Sky for dinner.
 Friday
We are looking forward to some events this weekend!

More Weekend Fun!

Maci stayed the day with us since she was going to a birthday party for a mutual friend.
You would have thought she won the lottery with how big she smiled when we asked her to push the cart and help us shop!
It's United's 100th birthday so they were celebrating by handing out cupcakes to everyone!
Grandma stopped by for a quick game of Clue!
Then we headed to Claire's birthday party at Blazing Bouncers.
Madi spent most of the time climbing up the tower.
And Maci spent the whole time running around with the birthday girl Claire!

One last slide before time to head home.
Madi loves sleeping in our room every chance she gets.  Thankfully, she prefers the floor so we let her usually one weekend night join us.  GV ran right in Saturday morning to join her!
Sunday was a fun day of church, lunch with family and friends at Ruby Tequila's and a quiet dinner just us 3.

Weekend to Weekend!

This stuffed animal kitty from Grandma has gone everywhere with Madison.
She was even a "fuzzy buddy" at school one day this week!
We loved watching Tucker's indoor soccer game.  Seeing him as goalie was fun too!
We all celebrated with a fun family dinner at Blue Sky!
We finally found a denim dress similar to mine for Madi at Gap Factory a few weeks ago.
She was excited to wear it to church and curl her hair (even though it's naturally curly, don't understand that one!).
 Monday morning cuddles!
 Another "like mom" purchase.
Madi's wanted a grey vest like mine so it was finally time to wear her vest on Monday!

These old photos crack me up.  The look of concentration on Madi's face is all her Daddy!
 Tuesday
 Wednesday
 Thursday
 Friday
We met the Bishop girls at Cup of Yo after school on Friday for a fun treat!
Then the cousins spent the night with us Friday so Aunt Shelle and Uncle Cody could go to dinner and a movie with friends.
Madi taught Maci a song from her piano book.
There was lots of this at first . . .
So we broke out a game of Clue!
 Sweet Cousins
Sweet memories!
