7th Grade Awards Ceremony

We celebrated Sabrina passing her ESL test with a swim party and cook out last Sunday night.
I had to get her all pineapple drinks since that's what she loves!
It's always a fun night cooking out with Norris and Lewis families!
Briley and Elly stayed the night so I could take them to their awards ceremony the next morning.  They still have school until Thursday but are all exempt for their good grades.
Madi was recognized for A Honor Roll, Spanish and being named Pirate of the Month in November!

Tripp's High School Graduation!

We are so proud of Tripp!
We all had to take pictures with the graduate before he had to run off!

Shelle had the house decorated so cute for his graduation dinner celebration!

Then it was off to the ceremony . . .

Cody is now on the Jayton school board so he helped hand out diplomas.
Small town graduations are so special.  We heard about each of them and their achievements.
At the end, each graduate delivered a rose to each of the special women in their lives.

Seeing Tripp bring one to each of us was so touching and special.
Then they had a nice reception for the 11 graduates and a table for each of them to showcase their high school achievements!
We are so proud of Tripp but know that this is just the beginning!
The best is yet to come!

End of School Year Traditions!

I say it every year but I love our end of school traditions!
It's neat seeing how her handwriting changes each year.
It's fun to see what her teachers write about her.  This year she only asked her favorite teacher Mrs. Heredia (Spanish teacher) to sign the book.

Class of 2026 Shirt Tradition is fun because we get to see her grow from year to year!
