Trying Tennis!

 Sunday afternoon we made it back from Ft. Worth in time for Madi to start her tennis clinic. 

 She loved it and I loved sitting in the sun watching her play!

 That afternoon Madi helped me make pawprint cupcakes for a puppy shower at work on Monday.

 Yes, I said puppy shower.  We have a sweet girl that lost a puppy to a bad illness and recently got a new puppy so we decided it was a good idea for a celebration!

 Monday she wanted to wear a dress and sandals.

 Thursday afternoon was so beautiful so we just had to go on a bike ride and stop at Cup of Yo for a treat.

 Biscuit is tucked into Noodle. 

 Later that evening I see Biscuit laying on Noodle's neck.

 Then I saw her paw draped over Noodle.

Spring break is here!  We are ready for some relaxation and a fun trip with cousins!

Wedding Weekend!

 This cute girl braided her own hair Friday night!

 I received the cutest card from Madi for my birthday.

 She surveyed me the night before asking questions about my favorite animal and food.  So my card had ribs on them and giraffes.  :)

 Saturday morning we were up and in the car bright and early.  Casey gave me a nose flute for Madi to play with on the drive to Dallas. :)

We drove straight to Magic Time Machine for a fun lunch! 

 Grandma came along to keep Madi company while we went to the wedding.

 Madi ordered a bubbly drink that was bubbling away for a long time!

We enjoyed watching Madi have so much fun.

 She went to all the different tables taking pictures.

 Each table has a theme and the waiters are all in costume and play the role of different characters.

 The neatest magician came to our table as we were about to leave.  He did the coolest tricks!

 They took our picture at the beginning and then brought us this . . .

 When I opened the picture I made an audible gasp as I realized they switched all our faces around!  We had a good laugh so we had to buy the picture as a keepsake!

 On our way to the hotel we found a place for Uncle Jake!

 We got dressed for the wedding while Grandma and Madi swam in the hotel pool and hot tub.

  We walked a street over to attend my boss's wedding at the Bird Cafe in downtown Ft. Worth. 

  Our Dean officiated the ceremony which made it extra special.

 We got in pretty late after a night of eating, drinking, dancing, celebrating and talent showing!

When we got back to the hotel I saw Madi's room service order on a hotel pad of paper.  :)

Another Year Older!

 Maci spent Saturday night with us and so she tagged along to church as well. 

Madi said "See Mom, having two kids isn't too hard!"

 After church we ate lunch at McAlisters with the Foleys.

 While Daddy golfed and I did some homework, these two played hide and seek.  Can you find Maci in the picture?  I've always said I'm the best "heider!"

 We met Shelle and Tucker at the park that afternoon.

 Monday was pajama day!

 Biscuit fits right in . . . everywhere!

 Tuesday was green day!

 I guess I'm becoming that person that has a ton of animal pictures!

 Wacky Wednesday so plaid, stripes and new colorful tennis shoes it is!

 Thursday was hat day so we wore our Cat in the Hat headband in honor of Dr. Seuss.

 They all 3 jumped up and lined up just like this!

 So I added Noodle to make it complete since she can't jump up on the couch by herself.

 Friday was class picture day!

 Friday was my birthday so we met Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Shelle, Uncle Cody, Uncle Rod and all the cousins for dinner then had cake and ice cream at my house.   Enjoyed celebrating with my favorite people!

We got Madi a new tennis racquet since she'll start tennis Sunday afternoon!
