After almost two weeks of celebrating, it was finally Madi's 9th birthday Monday morning.
We made her a cute sign that read "Today . . We have loved you for 9 years, 108 months, 468 weeks, 3,288 days and counting! The years really do fly by when you're having fun!
She couldn't wait to open Grandma and Grandpa Heiders gift full of jewelry and a headband.
Then she opened our gifts which included a new bible with her name embossed on the cover. She's been saying she needs a "non-baby" bible since her bible was small and had a lamb on it.
We made her a special "9" shirt to wear on her birthday but she chose the plaid shirt that Aunt Shelle gave her.

She spent some of her Target birthday money on a friendship necklace for her and Devyn.
Matt and I took her lunch at school.
Gracie and Maisen joined us at the table.
Here we are to celebrate her birthday at lunch and she's with her friends!
But thankfully we knew she was happy we were there to celebrate her.
And to end the NEVER ENDING birthday celebration we enjoyed her favorite meal request for dinner - Meatballs & Rice!
