Madi and Hunter were nominated to complete the ice bucket challenge for mental health awareness.
So, of course, Hunter nominated me! :)
I felt like a dork but had to oblige!
We snuck away with the Norrises mid-week last week to celebrate the end of tax season! Sure love riding to the hotel in style!
We tried dinner at Barry's in Circa. It was good but nothing amazing.
Had to send a pic of Matt's fit to Madi since the Stars are in the playoffs and played while we were there!
Up early ready for our day!
We saw these empty self driving taxis all over town. Soon they'll have actual passengers!

Dinner at Eureka was so good! Jeromy's dad joined him for some of the trip and had a blast.
Downtown is so fun at night!
Enjoyed a little shopping and gambling while we were there too!
Ended our last night with shakes from Victory Burger! Mine was Captain Crunch and so yummy!
While we were gone, Hunter and his family were so nice to include Madi in their dinners and activities. They went to Brass tap, his game, played games and had steak after church on Sunday.
They also enjoyed a pedicure for prom this weekend!
Never surprised to see beautiful flowers now. So sweet!
Monday night was the first night of spring league. It's just a fun event LCISD puts on but it's always fun to watch especially since Madi didn't play club season this year.
It's hard to see her behind the net but it shows she's still got her jumping skills blocking that ball!
We didn't record and of course she had quite a few amazing kills so I told Matt to record and she had one right away!
After they played 3 games, they also have to ref. Usually she keeps the books so I had to get proof of her reffing!
We are exciting for the real season to start in August!
