Finally reunited with the Dodson cousins in Kearney!
After swimming for a while we loaded up and head to Uncle Scott and Aunt Vickie's house for dinner.
It was a great time of visiting for the adults and running and playing for the kids. Mason was great with entertaining all the kids!
While at Uncle Scott's house I stepped out real quick to Facetime while Tripp wore his glasses made for people with colorblindness. We didn't have the greatest connection but I was glad to not miss the moment!
This picture sums up how much fun she had at Uncle Scott and Aunt Vickie's house! They were wrestling with Mason and Colton and didn't want to leave.
Friday while the guys went golfing, we headed to a fun park in town.
The weather was nice and cool and the park was so much fun!
After a quick lunch, we met up with Grandma and Grandpa Heider and went to see Uncle Scott at work.
Each kid got to ride along with Uncle Scott in this back hoe.
They all loved it!
Friday evening we went to Uncle Donny and Aunt Linda's house for dinner and horse rides courtesy of Tyler.
Madi has always wanted a horse but this experience just confirmed it.
Tyler was such a good sport and just let them ride and ride!
And to complete our farm experience the herd of cows did this a few times as if on cue . . .
Saturday morning we visited with Aunt Betty who came to visit us but sadly I didn't think to get a picture.
Then while picking up meat in Litchfield we were right by their parade so the kids loved running for candy from all the floats!
After lunch in Pleasanton, we drove by Matt's Grandma and Grandpa Heider's house . . .
And his Uncle Henry's house to show all the kids.
After resting and a quick swim, we were ready for the wedding reception.
The Paitz crew that was able to attend the reception.
Grandma Heider with her dad and siblings . . . all 12 of them!
We had such a great time in Nebraska and the 10 hour trip wasn't that bad. We hope to go back every other year to visit family!
