Last Monday, Madi got the job of "line leader" at school. She's been "material helper", "lighter monitor", "chair checker" and now the "line leader".
She really wants to be "caboose" and/or "calendar helper" next!

Grandma was in town on Friday for a doctor appointment so we went Christmas shopping at Toys 'r Us before meeting Daddy at Chili's for dinner. Grandma is such a pushover and let Madi ride the Tigger ride before leaving. Halfway through the ride, Madi told Tigger "Tigger, that's enough. You're being too loud!"
Friday night after dinner, we stopped at the grocery store for sugar cookies, icing and orange sprinkles to make some Halloween cookies.
Madi had bathtime while the cookies baked.
And once she was out, the cookies were ready for icing and sprinkles.
Saturday morning, Madi and Daddy made pumpkin shaped buscuits for breakfast.
Cookie cutters pretty much make anything fun!
Saturday afternoon, we took Madi to her first Tech football game (and our first in many, many years!).
She was really excited BEFORE the game!
But once we got the OVERCROWDED, SOLDOUT game it was a different story.
She wasn't a fan of the gunshots and fireworks either!
So we headed to Starbucks to get warm and wait for Uncle Cody to come pick us up.
Thankfully, Matt would rather watch the games at home with his feet up!
Fun memory:
At school, Madi's class shares a bathroom with the class next door so they have an "Occupied" sign they slide under the door to let the other class know someone is in the restroom.
Madi tried to explain to me a sign of some sort the first few days of school that she wanted to make for our house, but I really didn't understand until I saw the sign at her school. So that day, I spelled "occupied!" and Madi made two signs attached to popsicle sticks for each of our bathrooms. :) We're still using them today!
