Cooper Pirate of the Month!

Last Saturday, one of Matt's clients gave us his box seats to a Tech Baseball game.
Maisen came with us and we all had a great time!  Having a super close parking spot was also nice.
Tuesday - No school on Monday!
We went shopping last week and this romper was one of her favorite outfits!
Wednesday
I found this picture on UFL's Facebook page from last week.  Again, we are so thankful that Madi loves this program.
 Thursday
Thursday evening we headed up to Madi's school since she was chosen as the Pirate of the Month for 5th grade.
All of the teachers get together and choose someone that is a good student, nice, etc.
 Grandma came to watch too!

Mr. Reep (left), Mrs. Simmons and Mrs. Terry (right) are the ones that nominated Madi!
 Friday
What a great week honoring our girl!

Valentine's Week

Last Saturday evening, we enjoyed a fire and family game night!
Sunday after church, Matt and Madi sold Girl Scout cookies while I caught a plane to do an inspection in Dallas for the week.
 Monday
 Tuesday
Wednesday - holding her hot chocolate in a new cup I left for her!
Thursday - Happy Valentine's Day!  We gave her this cute Valentine puppy shirt and a new airplane charm for her charm bracelet.  This girl loves to travel and fly and thankfully we have many opportunities coming up to travel!
Thankfully, her Daddy could attend her Valentine's Day party at school.
They had yummy snacks including a coke float (well Dr. Pepper in her case!).  Then she got to go home early so it was definitely a good day!
Daddy and Madi enjoyed a dinner date at Cracker Barrel for Valentine's Day.  Then they went to Sheridan's for ice cream!
I spent the week and Valentine's night with my awesome team - Amy, Brooke and Paulette.  Only missing our lead Suzanne and Martin.

 Friday
My flight landed at 5pm on Friday evening and we were at the Foley's for our annual Galentines/Guylentines celebration!
The ladies did our favorite things exchange again and it was so fun!  I went home with energy Bath and Body lotion/gel, drink shaker, and ring for my phone.  :)

 We had the best time!
I must love our Sunday School class to spend the evening with them after being gone for the week.  It helps that Matt and Madi love everyone too!

C Champs

Since there was no school on Monday, Devyn and Gracie spent the night on Sunday night.
Then on Monday we met Gracie's family for lunch since they are moving soon to Missouri.
 Tuesday
 Wednesday
No picture Thursday since Grandma took her to school so I could have an upper GI scope.  Then on Friday we watched our show When Calls the Heart too long and were running late!  :)
Friday night we went to dinner at the Foley's and the girls made scrunchies.
Saturday was the C Champs meet!    This girls walked away a winner in all of her events!
Grandma Mayberry brought over a heart shaped cookie.  Madi can't wait to frost it and enjoy it!
I found these pictures on the UFL Facebook page.
Madi sure loves all the events they do!
Another busy week awaits us!

Friends turning Forty!

We flew to Vegas Thursday afternoon to celebrate our friend Raynie's 40th birthday!

We enjoyed a nice celebration dinner the first night we were there.
 The birthday girl!

Then we enjoyed seeing the Vegas skyline after dinner.

The Container Park downtown is always a must!
The Ellis' had never been to a trapped room so we had to book one Friday night.  It was a little scary but so much fun!
Breakfast on our last day in Vegas!

We had such a great time celebrating with friends!

Mama's Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Devyn spent the night with Madi last Saturday.  We started the fun with a frappe from Starbucks.
Then Sunday evening we noticed our hot water heater was leaking so Adam to the rescue!  He brought Allison and Jessica so they enjoyed playing together all evening!
Monday - She served outside the cafeteria at Sentinels this week.
Bright and early Tuesday morning we made Mama's Oatmeal cookies for her math project.
 Tuesday
Wednesday - She took her poster board and a batch of Mama's Oatmeal cookies to share with her class.
Thursday, we left even earlier since she went to the first FCA meeting at her school.  It was early but donuts and juice helped!
The cute "hungry" and "thirsty" puppy bowls Madi and I made were finally done so I picked them up on Thursday.
I think the puppies will love them!
Grandma Mayberry stayed with Madi on Thursday and Friday night while we went out of town.
Thursday after school, Grandma took Madi to a Student Council event at Walmart where they bought gifts for their custodians.

Friday night was the Mother/Daughter PJ party at church.
Thankfully, Grandma took Madi so she could enjoy a fun evening.  They had a painting project, snacks, games and more all while wearing their pjs!
Then on Saturday, Grandma and Madi enjoyed a Starbucks treat, painting at the Mudroom and lunch at Fazoli's with the Foley girls and their grandma.
