Joyland!

 We all met for a quick dinner then headed to Joyland for a fun night of riding rides!

 Madi & Maci were perfect riding partners!

 They love riding the train that takes you around the whole park and back again.

 Maci spun us around and around in the dizzy dinosaur ride!

 She cracked me up by telling me about golf camp so I had her repeat it so I could get it on video.

The weather was nice and cool and we closed down the park at 10pm! 

Golf Camp!

 You know your Daddy is tall when I can't even get them both in the picture!

 She could be thrown over and over all day if she had her way!

 Sunday night we met at Central Elementary to let the girls play and ride bikes all over while Shay and I walked.  We also went inside to see the new additions to the building.

 Tuesday morning she was all ready for golf camp!

 I think she was a bit excited.

 I went into work while she was at golf camp and saw the Masked Rider & horse on my way in.  It's neat to see all the new freshmen and families on campus getting ready for the fall. 

 When I picked Madi up from golf camp they were finishing lunch in the clubhouse restaurant.  She said they treated them like royalty.  :)

 Wednesday evening before swim practice all the swimmers got together and made a video for fellow swimmer Madisyn Cox as she was swimming at the Olympic trials that evening.

 Last day of camp!  They played a few holes on the course for their last day. 

She enjoyed the camp a lot!  We will definitely have to do it again next summer.

Coke & Mentos!

 Grandpa Heider gave Madi the fun idea to put Mentos in a Coke bottle to see what happens. 

 I think we were all surprised with how high it went!

 Then came clean up time!

 This girl will use any excuse to play in the water.

It was a fun experiment so I'm sure we'll be doing it again soon!

Date Night, Pedicures & Tomatoes!

 Madi had a birthday party to go to last Thursday night so Matt and I took it as an opportunity for a date night.  We had dinner at The Plaza, a new Mexican food restaurant in town.  We finished the night with a stop by SAMs and the car wash!

 It was a lot of fun just catching up with her after a crazy month!

 Saturday afternoon we had a wonderful visit with Grandma and Grandpa Heider.  

 They brought a beautiful plant for our patio and 3 tomato plant too!

 Saturday evening I enjoyed finishing my book while lounging in the hammock. 

 We tried letting Noodle walk without a leash.  She does great staying on the sidewalk but she's just getting too slow in her old age. 

Such a great weekend!
