Go Rattlers!

Last Saturday, Matt had to work a track meet so Madi and I went to Tuck's soccer game.
It was a little chilly but nice overall.
Tucker did a great job and scored too many goals to count!
Uncle Cody is a great coach to these boys (they've been playing together for over two years now)!
Madi brought a magazine to look at but during one quarter when Tuck wasn't playing I looked over and saw him reading it . . .
 Monday
I cracked up Monday after school when I saw that Madi is now putting her middle name on her papers.  :)  I love the sheep drawing too.
 Tuesday
Tuesday after school Matt and Madi went and got more dirt for the backyard leveling project.
Madi was a big help but she also took frequent hop-scotch breaks too!

 Thursday
Friday morning before Daddy headed off to bible study.   I think the little bunny cookies are adorable!
 Friday
It was such a nice week being able to go outside more and more!

The Rest of Spring Break!

It's true what they say . . . Don't buy kids any toys because what they really want to play with is the box!
I got a chair for my bathroom and Madi got a fun box to create with!

On Friday of Spring Break, we met Maisen and her mom and sister at the park for a picnic.
Then we played headbands at Bahama Bucks.  It was such a fun afternoon!

On Saturday, we went to Grandma & Grandpa Mayberry's house.

Shelle's dogs loved sitting with Madi.
Eating and watching movies in our bed.
 Sunday morning
We were all excited to meet the new addition . . .
"JJ"  Jill had a baby boy last month.

We forgot to get a picture right after church before most of us changed clothes, but better late than never.  Grandma Mayberry sang "The Potter and the Clay" in church.  It was beautiful!
Ready or not . . . Monday after Spring Break came!

 Tuesday
 Wednesday
 Thursday
Right after school we took Chicke and Noodle on a walk around the neighborhood since the weather was so nice.
 Friday
Madison was so excited to be able to wear short sleeves.  I told her it wouldn't be long before summer was here and we were by the pool everyday!

The Start of Spring Break!

On Sunday, we headed to Roswell to celebrate Philip's 1st Birthday!

All the kids wanted to "help" open the presents!
Monday we went to Stephanie's house for a St. Patrick's Day lunch and to work on the handbooks.
We were greeted with a beautiful appetizer and an even better lunch.
 The table was beautifully set.
And we had the cutest name cards too!
After lunch and a little bit of work Dr. Button brought a book for a read-aloud with the girls.
Then she asked them to draw their favorite parts.  Here they are telling her all about their drawings.
 Madison, Dr. Button & Margaret
Then we were blessed with a Little Red Riding Hood puppet show.

Tuesday we met with a Candidate from San Antonio and had lunch at the Tech Club over looking the stadium.
While we were working on Tuesday, these two cuties spent the day with Matt eating apples . . .
 Going bowling . . .

 And having lunch . . .

 at Market St.
All day Wednesday we cleaned and cleaned.  Then the door bell rang with a special package for Madi.  She opened it to find the movie Frozen!
So we made a Frozen night of it with a frozen dinner . . .
And frozen ice cream while watching the movie in our pajamas!
It's been a great start to Spring Break!
