While Madi was away . . .

While Madi was away . . . we escaped a new trapped room with the Foleys and had dinner at their house. 

We also went to an evening work function for me with live music, food and an open bar. 

I was able to see an old friend, Jerry Estrada, at the summit on Friday!

We held a summit with local area superintendents, universities and colleges plus educational representatives to help them create partnerships similar to Tech Teach in hopes of helping with the rural teacher shortage. 

We also had gutters installed.  We're thankful since it keeps the rain off our table but Madi will be sad since it'll make playing volleyball off the roof hard. 

We used our week well - lots of fun and lots of work!
