I don't have many words, yet, but I wanted to document how our whole family got together this past weekend to celebrate the life of Grandma Mayberry.
Everyone was at our house Sunday the 11th (we were only missing Masen) for dinner and to remember Grandma Mayberry. There were tears but there was so much more laughter.
The last 3 Mayberry Amigos
Grandma Mayberry LOVED Coke Zero. Loved might be too soft of a word actually. So, it was definitely fitting for Madi to buy a case for all of us to toast to her.
Can't take a nice picture with this crew . . .
We have loved reading how many people at her work and church loved and miss our Grandma Mayberry.
Grandma Mayberry had the foresight to ask her neighbor Tracey to help with rehoming the cats she loved so much.
We are so thankful for all of Tracey's help.
Friends and family have also been amazing bringing food, flowers, and prayers.
Madi immediately knew she wanted these adorable wooden cats from Grandma's cabinet to remember her by. Perfect addition in her new house.
This is the last picture I took of Grandma a few days before she was released from Trust Point and headed home.
Still can't believe she's no longer here. Thankful for the promise we have in Jesus.
