First Day in Jamaica!

 This was my view from the gym the next morning.  I could get used to this. 

Then we had coffee and breakfast in the Platinum Club but had to enjoy the infinity pool view first!

Then it was beach time!

It was so beautiful and never crowded!

I love the little over the water bungalows on the adult side of the resort. 

These two were finally up and ready for the beach! 

Jerk chicken for lunch! 

Madi and Hunter had fun paddleboarding just as the clouds came in.

Once it started to rain we headed to our rooms!  Thank goodness for a great patio and pool!

Then we cleaned up for dinner at Fusion. 

Asian food isn't our typical dinner but it was good and fun to try something new! 

Hello, Jamaica!

 

We picked Hunter up at 3:15am last Saturday morning and headed to the airport for our trip to Jamaica! 

It was Hunter's first time to fly so we had to document the occasion. 

Had breakfast in Houston before our last leg to Jamaica!

Almost there!

When we landed, we had a 1.5 hour drive to our resort in Negril. 

It was worth the trip! 

After eating a late lunch, Madi and Hunter tried out the VR arcade! 

Our rooms were gorgeous and next door to each other. 

We both had swim out rooms so it was nice to be able to swim or cool off whenever we wanted. 

The first night we ate dinner at the Platinum Club. 

Then we walked around the resort to go see the nightly show. 

This is the view of our rooms from the beach.  :)  We all agreed the resort is beautiful.  More pictures to come!

Father's Day 2025

We celebrated Father's Day a little early since we were leaving town the Saturday before. 

Madi has kept up the tradition of making Matt a Father's Day mug complete with her handprint and Madi's Daddy on it! 

Hunter was nice and went with her a few weeks back to make the mug. 

It took quite a while given all the detail she put into it!

Love seeing all the memories from past Father's Day!

So thankful for Madi's Dad!  She couldn't have asked for a better one!
