Lady Pirates vs. Mackenzie

Madi redid her cell replica and turned it in on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, I took Grandma to two doctor appointments and we were also able to have lunch with these two handsome guys and Shelle.  They both got invisalign braces!
Tripp's podcast was released on Tuesday!  So proud of him!
Game day picture!

Thursday afternoon we headed to Mackenzie Junior High to watch the Lady Pirates!  Thankfully, they won the first two games 25-17 and 25 to something else!  We couldn't remember the score because we were too busy celebrating!

Grandma Mayberry wanted to show Madi a cool pod (?) on a plant of hers.  We think Madi got the Heider green thumb of the family!

Friday night Allison, Jessica and Rylee stayed the night so their brother Matthew could have the house to himself for his birthday party.  Lots of volleyball was played!
Saturday afternoon, this girl had a quick lunch then I took her to her first babysitting job.  We met the Madison family at the pool this summer and the mom Tessa was so impressed with how mature and sweet Madi was to their daughter Finley that she asked if she'd like to babysit sometime.  Tessa was home doing work while Madi watched 4 year old Finley and 11 month old Easton.  She said it was fun but a lot of work!
Saturday evening, we went bowling with our Sunday School class. The Foley girls were showing us the big masks their mom bought!
It was such a fun time!

After bowling, the kids ate Chickfila at the Foley's house and the adults (including the Lewis') had dinner on the patio at Alborrans.  It was a fun night!
Aunt Shelle sent this picture of the boys on game day!  Can't wait to watch them play!
Ready for another fun week!

House Update!

They started putting the stone on the front entry way!
And the sheet rock was delivered so we will have interior walls soon!

We have walls!

We were excited to see that the doggie door was installed!
Now all of the brick and stone are finally done!

Next up are the cabinets!

Lady Pirates vs. Frenship Terra Vista

Monday, Madi and her volleyball team were honored at the pep rally.  Penny's mom sent me this picture of Madi!
This was from last week's game that one of Madi's friends took.  Too cute!
Wednesday night at church was Dodge Ball night!
Thursday, the Lady Pirates played Frenship Terra Vista and won!  They won 25-14 first game, lost the second game 16-25, and won 25-22 on the third game.

Friday morning ready for practice!
Madi played us a little preview of her Christmas piano recital song Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy.
Saturday morning, we headed to a game vs. Evans MS.

Briley took a few pictures of Madi and her team before the game and was nice enough to share them with me.

Sadly, the Lady Pirates lost the first two games 25-20 and 26-24.  They made some mistakes and made a great comeback but it wasn't enough.
Tripp was asked to be on a podcast that was recorded on Saturday and will air on Monday. We are so proud of him and all his accomplishments!

After volleyball Saturday morning, Madi went home with Ava, Payton and Maisen to eat lunch at Walk Ons and swim at Ava's house.

Then Saturday evening, the Lewis' came over for dinner and to watch the first Stanley Cup game since the Stars made it!
The Stars won and we had a great time walking to the new house to show them and playing outside!
