Aunt Shelle's friend gave her some clothes for Maci, but she thought Madi could wear them first and then we can pass them back to Maci.
In the bag were "high heel" shoes just like mine!
Madi just had to wear them to church.
Before heading to church she said she wanted to wear them to school that week. Of course, I said they weren't appropriate for school. After wearing them to church and lunch, she said they hurt her feet and she wouldn't be wearing them to school.
Smart girl!
Monday
We were told to put jeans and tennis shoes on for the field trip to the Apple Orchard.
Madison wasn't too happy about the jeans and tennis shoes but she went along with it.
They loaded up right at drop off time so all the mom's stayed in the parking lot and followed the bus out to the orchard.
Class picture (notice the orchard dog joining them!)
They brought out a bag full of lady bugs.
Madison just wanted to look at them, but her friend Maisen let them crawl all over her.
Next up, hayride through the orchard.
Sadly, due to the weather the orchard owners said they didn't have many apples on the trees so they had some shipped in for the kids.
Definitely not the experience we hoped for but it was fun just the same!
Mommy & Madi
So thankful to be able to join in on all the fun field trips!
Dance ~ Monday afternoon
Madi learned how to hula-hoop at a playdate at Maisen's house Sunday afternoon.
And she's been showing us her skills every chance she gets.

Thursday
After school we headed to get a wedding shower gift for a friend at my work. Madi wanted her picture taken in the "fun" chair.
Thursday night at Piano, Ms. Amy said Madison was able to pick her Christmas music for her recital. How exciting! She's already playing so well!
Friday
Two pictures with two happy smiles so I couldn't pick just one.
